AGY Kundalini & Sound Healing

AGY:  What brings you most joy and why?

Caro:  Sharing quality time with people, singing, chanting together, or simply by listening brings me a lot of joy because it allows connections to happen on a deeper soul level that normally we don’t get to experience.

AGY:  Random fact about you?

Caro:  I became a professional singer at the age of 28, and I speak Portuguese and Spanish as well.

AGY:  What is your favorite mantra?

Caro:  “I am grateful.”

AGY:  How did you get into Yoga?

Caro:  Through my husband, Grecco Buratto.  I got curious about what he was practicing everyday and it was Kundalini yoga.

AGY:  Why are you passionate about teaching yoga?

Caro:  I’m passionate about creating a safe space for people to relax and tap into the unknown.  I want to be able to create that sacred space where healing can occur and where intentions can be transformed into creations.  It gives me the greatest satisfaction to be of service to people’s healings.

AGY:  Favorite asana and why?

Caro:  Savasana, because we need to relax.  We need to step out of fight or flight mode in order for our sacred bodies and minds to reconnect with purpose.

AGY:  What is your favorite inspirational quote?

Caro:  “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.”

AGY:  What is your Astrology Sign and how do you relate to it?

Caro:  Capricorn. I’m very persistent and hard working.

AGY:  Describe yourself in three words?

Caro:  Optimistic, loving and grounded.

AGY:  What is your spirit animal and why?

Caro:  Our beloved recently deceased dog Max.  He taught me so much about loyalty, unconditional love and how to live in the moment, and those are qualities I always want to bring forth in my life path.

AGY:  If you could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Caro:  Bob Marley. Because I’d love to hear his stories and his way into awakening to his social role in the world.
