Meet Our Team: Prenatal Yoga Teacher & Sexual Alchemy Podcaster Elizabeth
We are honored to welcome Elizabeth Lydecker to the AGY team as our prenatal yoga teacher. Elizabeth is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, Retreat Leader and Creator of the podcast Sexual Alchemy exploring conscious, divine feminine empowerment and sacral chakra healing.
Elizabeth has been teaching pregnant women how to connect with their most sacred role as mothers through movement, stretching, meditation and relaxation since 2008.
Our Scared Birth prenatal yoga classes are designed to offer a safe environment for the mother to connect to her innate wisdom and her body’s primal connection to the flow of life. Equally they are a beautiful opportunity to be fully present in the transformation into motherhood and go into a deeper communion with your baby to be!

AGY: What is your “Big Three” astrology signs and how do you relate to them?
Elizabeth: Scorpio because it is my Sun sigh and I very much relate to the Phoenix energy that it embodies. Gemini rising because all the important men in my life, dad, son, boyfriend and French bulldog Jacques are all Geminis! Aquarius as it is my moon sign and it balances the intensity of my Scorpio side with a little more free spirit energy.
AGY: How did you get into Yoga?
Elizabeth: I was always a spiritual seeker. I went to my first Kundalini Yoga class in 1998 and found an experience that gave me what all the other practices seemed to only theorize about.
AGY: Why are you passionate about teaching yoga?
Elizabeth: Teaching yoga gives me an opportunity to share a technology that has helped me enormously. I feel called to be of service to helping people connect to their higher self.
AGY: What is your favorite mantra?
Elizabeth: Adi Shakti- the mother power mantra because it is so powerful and when done in a group can draw in powerful divine feminine energy!
AGY: What is your spirit animal and why?
Elizabeth: A white owl. Because I have dreamt of her guidance and then she appeared to me in my waking life.
AGY: If you could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Elizabeth: I’d have dinner with Jesus and Mary Magdalene and get the real story about their relationship 😉
