Our Community Health Protocols & Outdoor Yoga Procedures
It’s our commitment to honor our community by keeping you all safe and healthy. We’re are paying close attention to federal and state guidelines and adjusting as needed. In order to maintain all of our safety, we ask that you take note of the following when visiting ASTRO.GONG.YOGA rooftop space:
Community Health:
All AGY members will be required to undergo a health screening and temperature check upon arrival at reception.
All AGY members are required to sign an updated liability waiver through Mindbody.
We also request that all team members and AGY members self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If you or anyone in your household is sick or has been exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19, please DO NOT enter the center or rooftop area.
Face Coverings:
All AGY members are required to wear a mask or face shield at all times.
Social Distancing:
Yoga mats and workshop seats will be spaced 8ft apart. Markings will be placed on the floor to adhere to.
Sanitization:
We’re taking sanitization, disinfecting and overall cleanliness of the centre very seriously.
There will be plenty of hand sanitizer and tissues readily available.
High touch surfaces will be wiped down regularly, this includes, but is not limited to: elevator buttons, hand railings, door handles, etc. The probhibited bathrooms will be cleaned before and after each scheduled class, too.
B-Y-O:
Please bring your own props such as mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, relaxation blankets and pre-filled water bottles. Please note the rooftop tempatures can vary. We suggest bringing extra layers to ensure you’re comfortable.
Touchless:
Please pre-book all classes and workshops via our Timetable & Pricing page (powered by Mindbody.) Walk-ins will not be allowed for the time being.
Late Cancel & No Shows:
Due to our limited in-studio capacity, we’ll be enforcing a 24-hour late-cancel policy. Please be respectful of your fellow AGY members by cancelling as early as possible.
We’ve updated our late-cancel and no-show fees as follows:
Late-cancel: $11
No-show: $22
